Storyline ~ Orphaned at a very young age, Raju lives a poor lifestyle with his unmarried sister, Laxmi, in India. Both are of marriageable age. One day Raju meets an attractive fellow-collegian, Parul, and after a few encounters with another fellow-collegian, Bobby, both fall in love. But Parul's uncle, Jagpal, has already arranged her marriage with Police Inspector Suryadev Singh. When Suryadev finds out that Parul is refusing to marry him, he arrests Raju on a charge of murder, holds him in a cell, and beats him mercilessly. Laxmi, quite dramatically, takes a gun from a policeman, and helps Raju escape so as to prevent Parul from being forcibly married to Suryadev. They do manage to arrive in time, only to find out that Parul has consumed poison and killed herself. Raju is beside himself with rage, but is captured by the police, and watches helplessly as Parul is cremated. His horrors have not ended as Suryadev sexually assault's Laxmi and leaves her in an mentally unstable condition...

Storyline ~ Gangaram Verma has worked for the local municipality for several years, and is known in the community for being honest. Contractors' many attempts to bribe him have all been in vain. One of the contractor's, Prem Kumar, decides to teach Gangaram a lesson. He hires Gangaram's only son, Vijay, in his office, and subsequently gets him married to his only daughter, Sapna. The three then scheme to get Gangaram to trust them, and upon doing so, they get him to sign his property to them, leaving Gangaram and his wife, Laxmi, homeless. Vijay and Sapna bring up their son, Ravi, and tell him that his grandparents are dead. Years go by, then one day Ravi comes across a coolie who resembles his grandfather. He follows him home, and gets to hear the truth from his lips, and decides to treat his mom and dad the same way they treated his grandparents, with shocking results.

Hira fires Dhanraj, leaving him, his wife, two sons and a daughter destitute and on the verge of starvation. Deciding to kill himself and his family, he takes them on an outing at Chowpatty, and there he mixes poison in some snacks and takes them to his family. On the way, a small boy steals the food. Dhanraj catches up to this boy, and takes the food away from him, and disposes it off. He finds that this small boy has a winning lottery ticket. He rejoices, tells this good news to his family, and adopts the boy, who is now his goodluck charm. Thereafter they live a very comfortable life...

Storyline ~ Dhaneshwar Pitamber, has four daughters. All the four daughters are not ready to marry, each one having their own reason. Kader Khan is so desperate to get his daughters married that he is ready to give a dowry of five crores to each son-in-law. Raja and Kanahaiya are small time con men at the airport. Raju Patel is an NRI from America who comes to India to get married to one of the daughters of Dhaneshwar. Raja and Dhaneshwar mistake Raja as Raju Patel and take him home. In order to get five crores Raja solves the problems of the daughters and makes them ready for getting married. How Raja solves the daughter's problems forms the crux of the story. Ashish Vidyarthi as a don obsessed in becoming a villain in films, plays a key character in the whole story.
